VB 2010 export detailsview to xlsx with Row Headers

Hi,

I'm trying to export data from a detailsview to an xlsx file. I've searched but most articles are exporting from gridview. Can someone please tell me how to export from detailsview and how to include a header for each row? I'm new at this, so as much information and/or code as possible would be very much appreciated.

do tell than that you are in a big trouble and they will come to help you as soon as posible
