SMS service using C# windows application without using sms gateway?

Hi,
I am developing an sms alert application in which i want to send SMS alert to the users, but i don't want to use any sms gateway to send sms.
Is there any web service who will use my phone number to send sms online, i means the sms charges will be deducted from my number ?
This can be achieved if i use GSM Modem to send sms.

Why are you asking here? You need to use Google to find a service provider in your area, or which offers these features.
