Solution 1

Restore the backup and then script it out to SQL statement with something like SQL publishing wizard.
that is the only option i could see.

To clarify, if the SQL in question is not compatible with SQL in MySQL, then you have to fix it by hand. However, you can use the tasks menu in management studio to script the entire database, and then when you run that script in MySQL, it should tell you of any errors due to difference in the SQL implimentation.
