I Have 4 I Frames, Is It Possiable To Make Effect On Them When Changing From One To Another Using Css?

each i frame have text so when i click on each one it change text, but it happens too fast i want to make effects like transition or something like that do i have to use jquery to achiev this ? or it can be done using css
