There was a project called Moonlight which is dead now : http://mono-project.com/Moonlight[^]

but it seems to be on github : https://github.com/mono/moon[^]

I know moonlight is for linux also it is for silverlight 1,2,3,4 not for silverlight 5,and i need run it on android os

You are out of luck since MS has effectively killed silverlight.

You should probably try recoding your app into a server side web and js/html5 client instead if you need to support non windows systems.
