Silverlight 4 - The 'Interactivity' does not exist in 'System.Windows'

Got comipling error on SL 4 project. The error message is The type of namespace 'Interactivity' does not exist in 'System.Windows'
Actually in the References folder, System.Windows.Interactivity (v2.0.50727) is there.
How can this be solved? Thanks.
