I wanted to use TwitterBootstrapMvc ( [TwitterBootstrapMvc]) for my project. I was wondering if I need to purchase a licence. There is a dedicated website https://www.twitterbootstrapmvc.com/ where you have to buy a licence.

By default, code on this site is free. You can ask the author in the forum under his article if you want to be absolutely sure, but that's really what is most likely to be the case.

The problem is that twitterbootstrapmvc isn't free and for that the article is the wrong, as it's not mentioned, and it maybe should be in some other category...

If it's not free, it should not be a general article, and you should report it.
