How to make the links within a flash website work for all users ?

Greetings,
I have a flash website and I have provided the links to a number of websites, however when I test it out on my browser the links do not work, but on changing the settings they do.

My question is , when I host my site is there a way to make the links work without every user having to change his settings on his own. ???

PLEASE HELP !!

Too broad topic. Do you have at least one particular concern? You see, if a user don't wont to see flash, your site cannot force such person to do it, no matter how hard you try...
