What "reference Web application"? To do the job, you should learn programming and project management (in fact, all the development cycle and all roles), not "reference applications". The rest of this topic is too big for Quick Questions & Answers forum.

If you have problems in software development or computer science (which always may appear in such a big development), we will gladly help. So far, your post does not give us any reason for further discussions...

Redmine,ProjectPier etc web application i referred...for develop my application...just i want to refer all this sites for UI design...i just want to know any reference that include my modules i bentioned above....i searched in google....but i am not satisfied with that.....
