Decoding files to extract usernames and passwords is almost never legitimate activity, and we do not condone, support, or assist in any malicious or illegal activities.

Even if this was YOUR system and you had a brain fart and forgot how to read and decode the file, WE STILL WOULDN'T HELP YOU WITH THIS because there is NO REASON AT ALL you should know what your customers passwords are.
