ToDoList 6.8.8, unique preference with each tasklist

Is it possible in ToDoList 6.8.8, to have a unique preference with each tasklist. For example one tasklist I have is actually being used to organize only notes. Another taskist is being used as a to-do list. Ideally, each tasklist therefore requires different preferences if possible.
Can this be done?
