hi!! I am trying to make a chatting system in asp but not able to think much on it. Can anyone please help?

Does nobody know how to use search anymore?

Then maybe you should search for an occupation that requires less thinking? Are you in the same class as the other people asking for a chat system here the last to days? Maybe just one of you should aks for the solution and then let the others copy it? You could call your application "CheatChat" then.

The word's "please", by the way, not "plz".

nobody cares, whether you need you solution in asp or aps.net. the point is, that you didn't specify your problem, but come here with a vague question and ask for help, without specifying what exactly it is you need help with. just asking for general help looks like you just need somebody to do your homework/work. not going to happen.
