Getting Error On postbacking the web page in sharepoint 2007 Web application

Hi,
Please please help me….
Our sharepoint2007 application throwing error when you post back the page
means pages are getting open correctly but after clicking the buttons it is throwing error as “Web Server Temporarily Unavailable (tcp_error)”
But it is working fine within the production server and throwing error out the server

what could be the error...
