My Jmstudio Is Working Fine But It Is Not Connecting To My Java Code...... What Should I Do?

iam doing a project......using a webcam i do not know how to connect the code with the JMStudio, the format iam using is RGB format in the code but JMStudio shows only YUB format , should i change the camera or the setup????
