How to display modal popup in mvc 2 webform and data will bind on grid?

hi.. i am doing a project in mvc 2 web form first time....i have a link button when i click on link button it wil display a modal popup with registration form...once data is saved from registration form then it will bind data on gridview...please give me a good example...

What modal form component are you using? jQuery .dialog? Boostrap .modal?
