Connection Leakage issue in webservices?

Connection Leakage issue in webservices

Recently one of my .net live application facing latency issue. Also when performance counter enabled it shows more than 20,000 connection leakage counter. But I have checked all the sub's in webservice. In all places connection has been closed inside finally.

Kindly anyone tell is there any other way connections remains not closed?
