how to create window which looks like github application?

hi ,

i want to create window which does't have title bar and does't have system border. Similar to github application in win8. which has different border when window is active and in active.i want to create same look for my window . please give solution. iam creating window using win32 .any os it should look like github application .

Thanks for your answer.Actually i don't want to create exact win8 app. my app should look like like metro app but not metro app.like github app. it does't have border.bt feel like it has border.
