Hey guys, I'm not going to ask about coding here, I've been working on my visual studio everyday and I realized that the more i push forward the more the good approach practices become relevant, and this time I just want to ask when should I use the ASP objects than the default html?

Right now I was able to use AJAX to make a part of my page flicker free. But it only worked on an ASP objects, so to make my whole page divided and flicker free it means I need to make all my content to be inside an object that's compatible on whatever content I have. Is it a good idea to do? I'm hesitating because if it is why does major website don't use regions to make their site look more efficient.(I read that it's still pushing and pulling almost same amount of data it just look like only a part is being rendered in the browser,.)
