building a scrabble solver.

just the basic code skeleton would be helpful.

You are kidding, yes?
The link you gives not only breaks it down into simple stages for you, but it links you to all the resources you need to complete each stage!

That is the program skeleton, with the muscles added, organs inserted, and all you have to do is plug in the veins and put the skin on!
