How to push datas from xml file to indexedDB database?

I want to create indexedDB database initially, so for that I want to contact Sql Server or may be I can have my datas in a Xml file and from that, is there a way to create indexedDB from Xml file??

Tell me whether to sync from Sql Server directly or with the help of Xml, I can create..
Which way is possible??? Experts pls respond quickly...
