workflow Issue in SharePoint 2010

Hi All,

I have created one list workflow but i don't why it's not working ?

here is the workflow

if Current items Drop down item not equal to value
wait for Drop Down to equal same value
then email .................

if Current items Drop down item not equal to value
wait for Drop Down to equal some other value
then email .................


the above both the condition in a single workflow and 1st condition is working fine but the 2nd is not shooting the mail to particular person


Please help what to do ?
