No thanks. You should do your own homework.

This looks like a homework/class assignment.
We don't do your homework for you.
It was assigned for you to learn.
You haven't tried anything.
Attempt it yourself first and then, if you have a specific issue, come back and ask a specific question.

So ... following up on what several of us have said:
Update this (use "Improve question" above) to show the code you have tried and then ask as specific a question as you can about that code, stating what part(s) aren't doing what you expect.

What have you tried so far?

We do not do your homework: it is set for a reason. It is there so that you think about what you have been told, and try to understand it. It is also there so that your tutor can identify areas where you are weak, and focus more attention on remedial action.

Try it yourself, you may find it is not as difficult as you think!

Here's a pro tip:
Find another course! Even from the little information provided I'd say that assignment uses the most insensible and stupid design ideas I've seen in almost 30 years of C++ programming. It's got nothing to do at all with OO programming, and at best will serve to teach overloading operators in a nonsensical way. If other assignments in this course are of a similar 'quality', you're better off learning C++ and OO from text books or web articles!
