How Do I get rid from Mysql Database Crash.

Hi All,

I am Running many web Application in my windows Server.One of databases become Corrupted for some reason.I can able to recover the database only after deleting the id_datalog0 and ib_datalog1 in data folder of mysql...

What may be reason for this..

Please help me to get rid of this Problem.....
