How to deploy SqLite Database with windows application

Dear Friends,

Iam new in SqLite. I created Database in SqLite in windows application uisng Vb.net(Vs.2010). Its
working fine. Open Datbase and CRUD operations are working fine. But when i deploy my application and install in my machine its not working. Unable to open database. So please give the idea how can i slove this problem.
