How I can connect to master app from another Pc, if both computers are in different network?

Neither of those products are used to configure networks. If you wish to communicate between two different systems then you need to ensure that each system has a path to the other through your network connections, and are not blocked by firewalls. All you need is the DNS name or IP address.
