How to use my nexus as NFC tag

Hi every one
My friend has a music store.
He wanted me to recommend him the best way to introduce new albums and I thought about NFC.
Is it possible to use my nexus 7 as NFC tag in a way that if other devices touches my device, new tracks (about 30 secs of each!!!) transfers to the second device?
