If you want to bookmark option in your own site let us know. Else you can follow the procedure:

1. Open Adobe Acrobat and goto Edit > Preferences

2. On the left side pane locate and click the "Documents" property.

3. Check the checkbox for "Restore last view settings for reopening documents"

This would enable the bookmarks to be displayed always once you have manually selected to view the same. (Unless you close the bookmarks manually)
