Solution 1

The only way to do that is to always run as an admin: and that requires an admin login or UAC when your application starts.

It's a security mechanism. If you could get round it that easily, so could the bad guys!

Solution 2

Go through this video[^] - it will help you turn UAC on or off.
You can change these settings only if you are an admin of course.
