Mutilselect checkbox with a textbox for each selected Item in Multiselect List in single control

Hi Everyone,

I need urgent help for my project.

Has anyone has ever made a customize control which is having checkboxes for multiselection list and i need to show a textbox as well for each item in the multiselect list in the control itself.

It is required for entering some budget data for the selected item.

Has anyone has thsi control handy? or is there any other way to do so??

PLease help me out :(
