How to put pictures on custom widgets (android development)

Hi every one,

I have developed an android custom widget.
I have three question about widget.
1. how can I put picture (logo) on the widget?
2. how can I make my widget size fixed?
3. how can I change the font?(my widget sentences is in Persian)
