How to implement Try Buy model for any app ?

Hi guys,
I want to implement try buy model for app means an app can be downloaded free trial version and after trial period i want to pop up message for buy that app.
How can i implement it. Could any one suggest me how can i do this ?

Language : .Net and JSON etc.
