How to integrate MySQL Server and MySQL script in my Setup File?

I try to make a software which based on windows form (C#.net) and mysql. I create a single setup file using visual stdio setup project.Now I want to attach (mysql-installer-community-5.6.15.0.msi) file with it and during installation first check the client matching is MySQL server is install. If not Install it. And also i want to attach a MySQL script (like sample.sql) which is execute during the installation time.But how??? Please Help Me..
