JqueryMobile how to talk to Android

I want to use JQM(JQueryMobile) to be my Android App's interface.
At the same time, when I click a JQM Button, I can using Android's API.
It's means that JQM can talk to Android.
In web devoloping, we can use Jquery Ajax to talk to .Net.
If it can using in Android, how to do it?
