How do I resolve flickering

I am having a flickering issue in my project after implementing invalidaterect.

But since the redrawing was required ..I can not avoid calling invalidaterect.

Can I have any resolution to resolve the flickering.

I tried with double buffering and implementing ONEraseBkgnd.
