My label text deleting automatically

Hi guys.
I use dropdownlist which this

I use this dropdownlist 4 units just a page.
But my problem is that I have to set default value. I solve this problem as involved change textbox value but one dropdown textvalue hiding after 3-4 second other dropdownlist great. what is that problem How can I solve?

Nothing is deleting automatically. Does it disappear on postback?
