How to post entire data from JQGRID to controller when load once is false

I have a Grid, and load once property is set to False. When i try to post entire JQgrid data to controller using the below code.
$("#circleActorsTable").jqGrid('getGridParam', 'data');

I am getting Null for this.

Can someone please help!!!
