Trying to create a postcode checker that goes off a list I have

Hi guys,
I have an excel file of postcodes that are eligible for free insulation in their homes and on my website I wanted to create a postcode checker like the one in the link below. I see that the company below have used the 'contact form 7' plugin for wordpress but beyond that Im at a complete loss, any help would be greatly appreciated
