How to make One Page Student Report Card

Hello Experts
I have to make one page student report card and user just select class and test type on the base of that test a one page report for each student in that class who appeared in that particular test is to be made, e.g, if there is just two students in 5 class then 2 reports each will be a single page. with same format. I'm very confuse, I've made it using Itextsharp and now requirement is to make using Crystal Report.
I tried it but crystal report is adding extra space. my page size is 6.5 by 8.5 but when I print the page size becomes 6.9 by 9.34, I want to know why Crystal report adding this extra space in my report.
