In MVC how to avoid page refresh when user right click on browser and changes encoding language

Stupid question, for one...i assume you mean going from utf-8 to say ISO 8859-1 (which i believe is more foreign language friendly). But how is the user able to change the encoding that your site is in?

Also, What language is your site written in that is causing it encoding problems? Why doesn't UTF-8 work...have you tried your site in ISO 8859-1 or some other encoding? I would think rather than trying to put a band aid on it by trying to support an ajax reload of sorts when the encoding changes that you should get to the root of the problem instead.
