Does google map provide location without giving coordinates ie latitude and longitude?

Hai Everybody

i am using google map, i Want to display the location on the google map.. but i dont want to provide latitude and longitude and coordinates. i am just providing country and state of the location... is there any possible to get the location with out coordinates.

Plz give me solutions asap....
