Is it possible to create an unprotected Directory when passing DirectorySecurity at creation ?

Hi,

The DirectorySecurity instance that I have passed to the Directory.Create method has had SetAccessRuleProtection(false,false) explicitly called ( which should not be necessary ). When I retrieve from GetAccessControl the AreAccessRulesProtected property is true.

I assume that it is not possible, please can someone confirm.
