Property Grid: How to bind dropdown values to one Property based on value change in another property?

Hi,
I am working with Property Grid. I need to bind some dropdown values to a property when there is a change in value in another property.

For example, If the "State" property is changed to "Mumbai", i need to show all the districts in Mumbai in "District" property. Please help me on this.
