onDeviceReady function not fire in phonegap

I am using accelerometer api in phonegap,in my example onDeviceReady() not fire.Why i am getting this error?please give me solution.I added the "phonegap-1.2.0.js" file only and took the example from"http://docs.phonegap.com/en/1.2.0/phonegap_accelerometer_accelerometer.md.html#accelerometer.watchAcceleration" this website.

Are you using phonegap build?
If so, make sure that you included plugin in config.xml and also please specify what error you are facing?

I am not getting any error...i placed alerts in functions,then alert of onDeviceReady() is not displayed. That's i asked this question.And i added config.xml file.Thank you for your response.
