I had use geeksnow.and it need Java JRE7, but I had install it. and I go to check 'C:\Program Files\Java\jre7' and I already see it, but when I run this app(geeksnow). it show the message 'It seem your computer don't have Java JRE7'.I don't know why It show the message like this.I also try to check it in google, but I can not find the answer, so can anyone tell me about the problem? Thank you in advaced...

Check your path environment variable and/or ask whomever does customer support for geeksnow.

as per geeksnow documentation it need Java Development Kit
you can download it from this url[^] and you may need to Add the location of the bin folder of the JDK installation for the PATH variable in System Variables.
check the JDK Installation for Microsoft Windows[^] as well

I had install it, but I am not sure about create value variable? I have 2 folder:jre7 and jre1.7.0 and my location is 'C:\Program Files\Java'.

so variables name is 'PATH'
how about variables values 'C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.7.0\bin'
or 'C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin'

I try to create both of variables values but still not work

could you help me?
