Why few of my Stored procedure files are getting corrupted with hexacode values in VSS?I am seeing hexacode characters in few SPs in VSS. I am using VS 2005 with c#2.0 and SQL 2005.

This sounds more like a technical issue than a code issue. You'd have to give more details.

Are you looking at the VSS files directly in Notepad or are you correctly using 'Get Latest Version' and looking at the resulting downloaded file?
