how to make unzoomable Webview (Windows store)

If Ctrl+Scroll on webview it's zooming, but how to turn off this property?
Reason is I just want animation from HTML5 to be games background or even gif
if users zoom It will slow down and appear blinking rectangle border in gif too.

Why do you want to prevent people from zooming in?

animation background from HTML5 it's look great and I just embed to my app/game,
so if user zoom it, webview itself slow down and I don't want it to happen.
