Listen Broadcast Before my application uninstall in android

I Have Listen Broadcast when Other Application Uninstall,but when i uninstall my application it not Listen.
I have Add in AndroidManifest.xml file like
android.intent.action.PACKAGE_ADDED
android.intent.action.PACKAGE_REMOVED
