Video popup on bootstrap theme

I am trying to embed video popup on a bootstrap based theme (its using bootstrap 2.2.2) and is not a responsive theme. I have tried fancy-box and light-box with the original theme but somehow it messes up with the JavaScript or maybe I am not able to understand some JavaScript based conflict. This is the page on which I would like to add the popup and so that the video is streamed by covering 3/4th screen after clicking on thumnail. Currently we are using HMTL5 embedded video.
