How to display Image (eg: Employee Pics) dynamically in crystal report !!!

I am using Crystal Report to Display Student Details on the Hall Ticket I have display all the Information from the respective field now i want to display Student Images according to their Roll NO and Image is kept in One Folder according to the Roll No i:e 11365.jpg. So how to display in crystal report 2010
