How to calculate value of particular cell with other cells value of gridview

Hello,

I am working with one Dynamic gridview i have some of cells are static but some of them are load

dynamically into the database..


for example

ItemName |Amount| Amt1 |Amt2 |Amt3 |total

abc |100 |10 |20 |30 | 160

here Amt1 Amt2 And Amt3 is a Dynamically come from database and also value ..

Now i want to edit value of Amt1 with 20 and i want automatically effect it on total cell

what i have to do to take editable value of dynamic cell..

And i want to do this for all dynamic cell.]
